Although they originated with clothing, jewelry & accessories, they became uber famous for their signature monogrammed bags.
In spite of the controversy surrounding the creation of 'LV's' pieces being machined, the company still stands firm stating that there are over 100 stages additionally involved in the making of each bag to bring it to completion. So in case you hand any questions regarding the validity of your bags construction, make no mistake...There are hands involved!
Vuitton is always surprising us with bold new concepts and I am especially excited about the new monogrammed, mono hued colorful clutches that are out now as well as the Avante-Garde chain strap Pochette...
I'm sure these gorgeous bags are worth every single one of the over 3,300 dollars they cost & so with that being said...maybe when gas prices come down a bit I'll got out and get me one!

Ola' senoritas! & Happy Cinco De Mayo en Etsy! In case you have no idea why May 5th is celebrated each year by the Mexican culture, here's the deets. It is celebrated primarily in the state of Puebla as well as in the U.S. to commemorate the Mexican army's victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5th, 1862. So enough with the brief history lesson, on to the fun stuff! Cinco De Mayo is all about ... 'Fun, Music, Dance, Fashion & Food!'

There's also a rich history of African-American women and hats, in that the act of covering your head during worship has its roots grounded in scripture. It has since become a firm tradition for many women who want to show respect for God while adding pizzaz to their presence!
The 1950's saw a decrease in the popularity for hat wearing in general by women, and were no longer a 'must have' for every outfit but have since regained popularity in the 21st century since this is one of the most flexible times in fashion history and everyone is pretty much following their own impulses, especially when it comes to what they're topping off with.
